"As I have been utilizing The Love Response practice into my daily life, it got put into what I would consider a major test of its effect and power. One is in the area of self-healing. I had a verbal confrontation with a neighbor that resulted in a sharp chest pain which I could only explain based on what I know, as having received an energetic punch from her general anger towards the subject matter that was upsetting her. Before I learnt The Love Response, it would have taken me days to recover from both the emotional impact, my dislike for the person and this physical pain. YAY!!!!!!!!! Thanks!!!!! When I last saw Eva, she gave me this incredible tool to use daily, asking for my heart to be OPENED to be healed... well, it is WORKING! and I use yoga and meditation as the vehicle for my spirit and heart center to SHOW me daily where my heart got blocked, shredded to hell, batted around or STOMPED... on..
I sit in asana, and meditation through all the memories... and get out all Emotion about it.. CRY.. SCREAM A LOT! till I have NONE left.. NO anger, no pain.. no resistance.. no fear...
I can best describe it as CLEANING house emotional house of my heart... So, that I have more rooms and space to live, speak and act from there! IT is AMAZINg.. and it has fueled me to go back to all the people who CAUSED me pain, see the bigger scope of it... school them on things... with an intention and message of HEALING AND MOVING ON... Living more in my heart leaves no more room for Battle with self or others.. To boot, it also helps to let go of the NEED FOR drama and pain, let go with a loving, embracing goodbye..
All that remains is this: More space in ALL the rooms.... to soften... and for spirits to join... those same spirits are the actual SAME people who once hurt me, and I while I once had responded by CLOSING OFF TO THEM... in turn, I CLOSED up parts of me
to others who never got to have a FULL heart of me... I say all this because I KNOW living from heart has changed my life!!!!!! and it is better for all to take a psychic shovel, roll up their sleeves, and do the deep work to thaw out a frozen , hairlined fractured heart to those that wronged us..
